Each participant will receive the 6th ServSafe® Manager Book with Exam Answer Sheet book. Confirmation with course book will be shipped via UPS 24 to 48 hours after payment and registration are received.

Courses with less than 10 students are subject to cancellation. Dates/Locations are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change with your selected course date. Registration form must be completed in entirety in order to be processed. This includes payment information.

Cost Includes: Day of instruction, 6th ServSafe® Manager Book with Exam Answer Sheet book and certification exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, students will receive the National Restaurant Association Solutions ServSafe certificate. Certificates will be mailed 2 to 3 weeks after the course date.

Who Should Attend: Managers, cooks, chefs, wait staff, supervisors, owners, and all food handlers.

Why You Should Attend: According to the National Restaurant Association Solutions, an outbreak of foodborne illness can cost your operation over $75,000 in legal fees, medical claims, lost wages and sanitizing costs. These costs can be avoided by enrolling your staff in the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification Program. The ServSafe program meets the Alabama Department of Public Health requirement for CFSM training and certification.

Course Format: For your convenience, the Alabama Restaurant Association offers the ServSafe course in a one-day format. Course hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Registration must be made at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled date.  All cancellations will result in a $30 class rescheduling fee before new class will be authorized. NO REFUNDS!!
